Many of the packages were adapted from <b>rcl.lbr</b> and <b>cap-pan40.lbr</b> and have been renamed and grouped in a more logical form.</p><p>Silkscreen elements are a minimum of 8 mils in width with larger components using 10 mil widths. Most of the SMD components have text sizes of 0 .04" and thru-hole components are 0.05" in size. A text ratio of 14 is used in both cases.
